DECLARATION 7: JOY

We declare that the Bible is a book of Joy and God is a God of Joy.

God “rejoices over us with singing” by dancing, skipping, leaping, and spinning around us with Joy.  (Zephaniah 3:17)

God likes to party and He loves to have Fun with us.  (Matthew 9:10)

There is no depression in heaven.  In heaven, there is only Joy.  We pray, “Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”  (Matthew 6:10)

“In Your presence is fullness of Joy,” therefore, we declare More Presence!  (Psalm 16:11)

When life hands us lemons and when tears of pain come in the night, we make a lemon meringue pie and know that Joy will come in the morning.  (Psalm 30:5)

The growing mountain of Joy in us is much bigger than the rocks of disappointment that are thrown at us.  (Psalm 16:9)

“The Joy of the Lord is our strength.”  Be Strong!  More Joy!  (Nehemiah 8:10)

We are called to be people of Gratitude.  Our cup is not just half full.  Our cup is overflowing!  (I Thessalonians 5:18)

Fixing our eyes on Jesus. For the joy set before us, we endured the cross, for we cannot wait to sit down at the right hand of the throne of God.  (Hebrews 12:2)

We will go out in Joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before us, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.  (Isaiah 55:1)2

Therefore, “Rejoice in the Lord always. we will say it again: REJOICE!”  (Philippians 4:4)

AMEN!
